Please note: All wine is shipped Monday through Friday only; we do not ship on the weekend. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
To protect your wine from hot weather, without the expense of air shipping, all Ground shipments, will be sent via FedEx Cold Temperature Control to the Midwest, East Coast and South. Orders to the Mountain and West Coast states will ship regular FedEx or UPS ground. Please see timing below for FedEx Cold Temperature Control shipping:
Hot Weather Shipping:
- If the temperature in your area is 85 degrees or above, we will automatically add a $5 re-usable ice pack to protect the wine from heat damage and to maintain the quality.
- FedEx Ground Cold Temperature Control departs once a week on Friday to CT, IA, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NY, PA, SD, SC, TN, VA, VT, WI & WV. Orders must be submitted by 12pm the day before.
- FedEx Ground Temperature Control departs twice a week on Tuesday & Friday to AZ, FL, GA & TX. Orders must be submitted by 12pm the day before.
Adult Signature Required: All shipments of alcohol, per Federal Law, require an adult signature. FedEx and UPS may not just leave the wine unsigned. We highly recommend shipping to a business address, FedEx Office, FedEx Onsite Walgreens or UPS Store, so that someone is always available to sign for the wine.
